The woman explained that she had spotted a mother bobcat near her home during a stormy night, but the following day, the baby was found alone with no mother in sight. Knowing the baby wouldn’t survive without care, she brought him to the rescue shelter.

As fate would have it, the very same day the shelter had rescued a stray mama cat, Sweet Pea, along with her five kittens. What happened next touched everyone’s hearts. Within just 15 minutes, the little bobcat began to nurse. This was the first sign that he would make it, and Sweet Pea instantly became his surrogate mother.
